Virgo Global Limited was originally incorporated under the name and style “Om Web Private Limited” on the 24th Day of February. 1999 in the State of Andhra Pradesh, vide its Certificate of Incorporation No. 31187 of 1998-99 issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and its the name was changed to Online Media Solutions Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the RoC on 13th day of August 1999. Further, the name of the Company was changed to Virgo Global Media Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the RoC on 10th day of February 2009. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to Virgo Global Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the RoC on the 2nd day of January 2017.
The registered office of the Company, now, is at P.No.A-23, H.No.3-45-117, F.No.G-1 Vikrampuri Colony, Kakaguda, Karkhana, Secunderabad, Hyderabad 500009, Telangana, India Corporate Identification Number L74120TG1991PLC012450. The Company’s shares are presently listed at the BSE.
